Salesforce Administrator Developer
Job Summary
To enhance and maintain the functionality of Salesforce applications, the full-time salaried Salesforce Administrator Developer will configure and develop custom solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and develop standard and custom solutions in the Salesforce environment
- Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities and best practices to support functional requirements
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce application performance, security, and data integrity
Required qualifications
- At least 6 years of Salesforce platform experience and 4 years of production support experience
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications are required
- Strong understanding of Salesforce application administration, including Lightning, custom objects, and workflows
- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex and VisualForce
- Familiarity with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence is preferred
