Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Salesforce Administrator (IN Licensed), who will design and code functional programs and applications, ensuring alignment of Sales and Marketing processes while providing accurate reporting on key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process, focusing on lead distribution and management
• Provide accurate reporting on key performance indicators with actionable steps for improving customer experiences
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and related applications, managing multiple requests and deadlines effectively

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
• Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
