Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce administration and development activities, including configuration and customization
• Manage integrations with key go-to-market platforms and ensure data quality across Salesforce
• Coach and guide Salesforce Administrators, evolving into a people management role

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience with sprint and release management processes
