Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support a nonprofit organization within the education technologies and services industry for a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and license assignments
- Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards across business functions
- Perform sandbox management, change set deployments, and release coordination as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience required
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications a plus
- Proven experience with custom objects/fields, flows, permission sets, and reporting
- Familiarity with at least one marketing automation platform that integrates with Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; Education Cloud experience preferred
