Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, including user management and security settings
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, and reports to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide user training, and perform regular system audits
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce objects, automation, and reporting
  • Experience extracting and updating Salesforce data via API tools
  • Experience with marketing or sales tools integrated with Salesforce is a plus
