Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, including user management and security settings
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, and reports to enable data-driven decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide user training, and perform regular system audits
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce objects, automation, and reporting
- Experience extracting and updating Salesforce data via API tools
- Experience with marketing or sales tools integrated with Salesforce is a plus
