Key Responsibilities

Monitoring for tickets and application performance
Triaging and responding to issues
Revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging code

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher (4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
2+ years monitoring ServiceNow including ticket response and application performance
2+ years' experience with the Software Development Lifecycle
Experience with SQL, REACT, Typescript, and Java Web Services
Ability to obtain a security clearance
