Salesforce Administrator (WA Licensed)

Job Summary

To support Marriott Digital Services, the full-time FLEX Senior Manager, Salesforce Administrator will manage the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring system configuration, governance, and operational support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the configuration and administration of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Digital Experience sites
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and build complex automation
• Serve as an escalation point for system issues and support UAT efforts and incident resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 10+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including Sales and Service Cloud
• Strong experience configuring Lightning web components, flows, automation, and security models
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator preferred
• Proven ability to support complex Salesforce implementations in an enterprise environment
