Job Summary

The full-time remote Salesforce Administrator with Certifications will design and code functional programs and applications, ensuring alignment of Sales and Marketing processes while providing accurate reporting on key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities:

• Optimize the sales process by improving and evolving the qualified lead process, distribution, and management
• Deliver accurate reporting on key performance indicators with actionable steps for enhancing customer experience
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and related applications, ensuring effective project management

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
• Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
