Job Summary
Supporting VIP teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Salesforce Administrator with Gaming License will configure and enhance Salesforce, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and ensure stakeholders have the necessary data and tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce functionality, including automated flows, reporting, and user access
- Partner with VIP stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day support to stakeholders with varying levels of Salesforce proficiency
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration, sales operations, or related experience
- An active Salesforce Administrator certification
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder, reports, dashboards, and data management
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience using Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform
- Familiarity with Apex and Salesforce development concepts
