Salesforce Agentforce Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Lead/Architect (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Agentforce Agents into production environments using best practice methodologies
• Conduct rigorous behavioral and autonomous testing, including prompt injection assessment and multistep reasoning validation
• Partner with engineering, product, and architecture teams to optimize agent performance and operational readiness

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 1 year focused on building and deploying Agentforce Agents
• Strong proficiency in Agentforce, Data360 with RAG, Agent Script, and Agentforce Vibes
• Demonstrated experience in testing autonomous agent behaviors
• Proven ability to evaluate, fine tune, and manage Agent instructions for improved reliability
• Strong analytical mindset to translate complex agent behaviors into actionable improvements
