Salesforce Agentforce Architect

Job Summary

To design and implement AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, the remote Salesforce Agentforce Architect will manage the development of intelligent agents, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify Agentforce use cases and define solution roadmaps
• Design and architect Agentforce solutions, including agent roles, topics, actions, and guardrails
• Build and configure AI agents within Salesforce and develop integrations with enterprise systems

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and implementation
• Proven experience designing and implementing Agentforce solutions
• Strong consulting experience with client-facing discovery and solution design
• Hands-on experience building within Salesforce, including Flows and automation
• Must have Agentforce certification(s) (e.g., Agentforce Specialist)
