Salesforce AI Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of AI-powered automation, the full-time remote Agentforce Developer will architect and deploy Agentforce agents and workflows within the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to enhance advisor and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate advisor workflows and client service activities
• Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs and external data feeds to extend agent functionality
• Implement Salesforce Einstein features to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for advisors

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow)
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or similar conversational AI technologies
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and large language model behavior in enterprise environments
• Ability to design within Salesforce's security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Proven skill in translating complex advisor workflows into structured agent-driven action sequences
