Salesforce AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Salesforce AI Engineer, the candidate will manage AI integration within the Salesforce ecosystem, enhancing sales performance through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Salesforce and AI tools to improve sales visibility and performance through enhanced reporting
• Configure Salesforce Einstein features and develop Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components for intelligent sales workflows
• Identify opportunities to enhance Inside Sales efficiency by streamlining processes and leveraging AI-powered workflows

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, administration, and solution design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and Lightning Web Components
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer and foundational AI/ML concepts
• Salesforce Certified AI Associate and Salesforce Administrator required; additional certifications preferred
