Salesforce Analytics Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II focused on Salesforce Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce Analytics, including reporting, dashboards, and data models
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and analytics solutions to support sales performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytics and reporting requirements and improve processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM analytics, reporting, or data analytics
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, focusing on reporting and analytics
• Proven experience building Salesforce dashboards and data-driven insights
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (ADM-201) or advanced Salesforce certifications preferred
