Salesforce Application Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Administrator - Salesforce (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup and security settings
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Salesforce-related issues and train junior team members
• Monitor system health and manage integrations with third-party applications

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 2+ years in a senior role
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and advanced automation
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Experience with ITIL service management framework and ability to lead small projects
