Salesforce Application Administrator

Job Summary

As a full-time Salesforce Application Administrator on the Growth & Activations team, the candidate will manage and optimize AI agents and workflows across internal tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes for Sales, Commercial Ops, and Partnerships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of AI agents and automated workflows to support go-to-market teams
• Optimize cross-platform processes related to lead management and partner enablement using tools like Salesforce and middleware
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design integrations and backend systems for a unified employee experience

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in cross-tool administration or platform operations with a focus on automated workflows
• Proven experience in developing or managing AI agents or advanced integrations in a business context
• Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools such as Workato
• Experience administering Salesforce as part of a broader ecosystem; certification is a plus
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions across multiple platforms
