Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst specializing in Salesforce to provide support for Salesforce users and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 help desk support and triage support tickets
  • Monitor and respond to user requests, escalating issues as necessary
  • Create and maintain documentation for end users on application processes
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer and/or application support experience in a technical environment
  • 1-2 years of general systems experience
  • Associate degree in a technology-focused field is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience with ITSM tools or project management software is advantageous
