Salesforce Applications Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of the Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Salesforce Applications Director will provide technical leadership and partner with senior leaders across various divisions to enhance revenue growth and digital transformation initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the multi-year Salesforce roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce administrators and developers
• Govern the full project portfolio, overseeing intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for concurrent initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Expert-level knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Experience Cloud
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role
• Strong technical foundation in Flow automation, Apex, LWC, and API-based integrations
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification required
