Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Architect to lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver Salesforce Agentforce/Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel and CTI integrations
- Design and implement Experience Cloud portals for customer support and self-service
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure well-architected Salesforce implementations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role
- Proven experience in delivering complex Service Cloud/Agentforce projects
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Flow
- Expertise in API integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred
