Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business & Technical Architect specializing in Sales Operations, AI, and Automations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to define capability maps and CRM processes
Lead the design and development of custom Salesforce applications and manage complex integrations
Act as a technical advisor for Sales Ops transformations and enforce architecture governance

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce experience in architecture, solution design, and development
Expertise in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with API integrations and event-driven architectures
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices
