Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions for mission-critical processes
- Translate complex workflows into clean, auditable system designs
- Own outcomes related to performance, security, operability, and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience or equivalent complex platform work
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce architecture fundamentals
- Experience with integrations, data modeling, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with DevOps practices such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews
- Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I and PDII/App Builder
