Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, maintaining integrated project plans
• Lead Salesforce configurations and act as the primary driver of projects, ensuring successful implementation
• Perform business analysis to design and implement Salesforce solutions within client environments

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services experience
• Experience implementing and configuring Salesforce, including optimization projects
• Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA)
