Salesforce Architect

Job Summary

To support a Federal Government customer in the DC metro area, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, utilizing OmniStudio and Flex Pages while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions within the Salesforce platform, focusing on OmniStudio and Flex Pages for grants management and constituent engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce capabilities
• Conduct testing and debugging of solutions, ensuring reliability and performance while documenting technical designs and configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field preferred
• 12+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience with proven large-scale implementation success
• Strong experience with APEX APIs, OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust background investigation or clearance
