Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will own the architectural direction of the Salesforce platform, conduct code reviews, lead design sessions, and implement complex solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture and lead architecture/design sessions to produce clear design documents and solution options
- Design, build, test, and deploy solutions in an Agile framework using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Salesforce technical experience, including at least 2 years in an architect role
- Deep hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Direct experience leading Salesforce security hardening efforts and conducting code reviews
- Experience architecting and building integrations with external systems
