Salesforce Architect

Job Summary

As the most senior technical authority for Salesforce solutions, the full-time remote Sr. Salesforce Architect will define and drive the design, governance, integration, and optimization of the organization's Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overseeing high-complexity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end solution design for Salesforce implementations and integrations across the Go-To-Market tech stack
• Establish governance processes and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Mentor Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and other team members while fostering a collaborative work environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 10-12+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Architect role
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, customization, and integration
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred
• Experience designing enterprise-scale integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
