Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
To enhance the Salesforce.com deployment, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will manage the optimization of the platform, implement best practices for system maintenance, and collaborate with various teams to develop and deploy enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive optimization of the Salesforce.com platform, ensuring data integrity and system functionality
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement enhancements, including custom objects, workflows, and dashboards
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users while maintaining documentation and identifying improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of professional experience, with at least two years as a Salesforce.com Administrator
- Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certification is required
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, functionality, and data management
- Experience in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) or healthcare industry is preferred
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
