Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
As the enterprise design authority for the Salesforce platform, the full-time Senior Salesforce Architect will lead technical architecture, manage a multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with Sales Operations and Certinia teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end technical architecture for the Salesforce platform and govern development standards
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Certinia system teams to translate business priorities into actionable technology solutions
- Lead the design and adoption of AI capabilities on the platform, ensuring alignment with business value and governance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, particularly with Sales Cloud
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation frameworks
- Strong working knowledge of AI and intelligent automation within commercial functions
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Advanced Salesforce architect certifications such as Application Architect or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
