Salesforce Architect
Job Summary
To support the team that builds systems for connecting individuals to mental health care, the full-time remote Salesforce Architect will design the flow of information between Salesforce and operational tools, ensuring efficient data management and integration.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement data exchange processes between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring security and reliability
- Lead architectural decisions for complex Salesforce implementations, including coding, debugging, and automation tasks
- Communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and establish technical standards for the team
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a design accountability role for large implementations
- Proven ability to write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation
- Experience in designing data models and managing data ownership across multiple systems
- Strong background in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and achieving consensus
- Experience in setting technical standards through design reviews and mentoring
