Salesforce Associate Director

Job Summary

To support a growing Salesforce practice, the full-time Salesforce Associate Director will oversee client accounts and projects, lead Salesforce configurations, and guide customers through change management processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, managing work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases
• Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations, taking a hands-on role in the implementation process
• Guide customers through the change management process, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining accountability for delivery quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university
• 7+ years of professional services experience, particularly in Salesforce implementation and optimization projects
• Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design across various Salesforce clouds
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results
• Comfort with AI tools and a continuous learning mindset towards emerging technologies
