Job Summary
To support a growing Salesforce practice, the full-time Salesforce Associate Director will oversee client accounts and projects, lead Salesforce configurations, and guide customers through change management processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, managing work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases
- Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations, taking a hands-on role in the implementation process
- Guide customers through the change management process, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining accountability for delivery quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university
- 7+ years of professional services experience, particularly in Salesforce implementation and optimization projects
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design across various Salesforce clouds
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results
- Comfort with AI tools and a continuous learning mindset towards emerging technologies
