Salesforce Automation Tester

Job Summary

To support a federal healthcare program, the remote Salesforce Automation Tester will develop and execute automated testing strategies and frameworks to ensure the quality of enterprise Salesforce applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute end-to-end Salesforce test automation frameworks and automated test suites across multiple Agile Scrum teams
• Create automation test scripts from scratch using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, and API testing tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies, validate user stories, and automate regression testing

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience developing automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, and REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
• Bachelor's degree or higher, along with active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification
