Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely or from the Denver or Brooklyn offices, the full-time Product Owner/Business Analyst will translate client visions into actionable product roadmaps, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and manage backlogs while collaborating with a team of Engineers to enhance nonprofit data tools using Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define Quarterly Priorities and ensure alignment on success criteria
• Lead requirement gathering sessions to build and refine product backlogs, including documenting processes and acceptance criteria
• Manage client communication and expectation setting, ensuring alignment on MVP solutions and progress updates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner
• 1+ years experience with Salesforce NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud in a consulting context
• 1+ years working directly with nonprofit organizations
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience managing expectations from C-suite and senior stakeholders
