Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements from business stakeholders and refine into actionable items for technical development
Develop and implement Salesforce changes that address business problems
Conduct user acceptance testing and align release schedules for process improvements

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience implementing and managing complex Salesforce environments
Experience with Go-to-Market tools such as Apollo.io, Marketo, Salesforce CPQ, and Tableau/CRMA
Knowledge of Salesforce object schema and ability to build reports using SOQL
Experience analyzing large data sets and conducting imports into Salesforce
Strong analytical skills related to user processes and system gaps
