Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SF Business Analyst/Consultant to join their team and assist in transforming infrastructure and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret business requirements, prepare documentation, and manage Jira tickets
• Support the project team during development, testing, and user acceptance phases
• Facilitate communication between project and PR teams, and organize grooming and estimation sessions

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects
• Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and B2B portals is advantageous
• Proficiency in preparing various project documentation, including user stories and process flow diagrams
• Advanced professional level of English proficiency; knowledge of French is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
