Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to gather and document business and functional requirements related to Salesforce
• Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements and platform configurations
• Lead the refinement of user stories and support Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment on project scope and priorities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst with hands-on Salesforce experience
• Proven ability to gather and translate Salesforce-related business requirements into technical documentation
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including standard and custom objects and flows
• Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
