Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to document business and functional requirements related to Salesforce
• Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements, user needs, and platform configurations
• Support Agile ceremonies and create documentation such as user stories and process flows with a focus on Salesforce architecture

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst with hands-on Salesforce experience
• Proven ability to gather and refine Salesforce-related business requirements into technical documentation
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard and custom objects, and platform limitations
• Experience working with Agile teams, including participation in sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
