Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who will work with customers and internal teams to implement Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements
Develop user stories and process flows to support Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce configuration
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration
Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization
Experience working in SDLC and testing and validating solutions
Good understanding of Sales, Service, Community, Apttus, and App Cloud
