Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring Salesforce solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to identify areas for Salesforce-driven improvement
• Facilitate and manage the Scrum process for timely delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management efforts to drive user adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques such as user stories and story mapping
• Experience analyzing data to identify process improvement opportunities and define success metrics
