Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document business processes utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and support end-user adoption

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (active/current)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Service Cloud features
• Proven track record in gathering and managing complex business and system requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA
