Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Perform business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering and process flow development
Conduct analysis and documentation of existing business processes, recommending improvements
Create reports in Salesforce.com and develop training materials for business users

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis
Salesforce.com Admin Certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus
Proficient in Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards
Experience in a Commercial organization, preferably in regulated industries like pharma or medical devices
