Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with Clarizen and Gainsight.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process mapping and data flow analysis within Professional Services and Customer Success
- Lead data migration strategies, quality management, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and change enablement throughout service delivery lifecycles
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Clarizen or similar PSA tools, and Gainsight or similar customer success tools
- Salesforce certification is mandatory
- Strong background in data modeling and systems integration
- Experience in consulting and stakeholder communication
