Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their growing team in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear and testable user stories with acceptance criteria
• Define and maintain user stories, user flows, process mapping, and data interactions
• Support UAT coordination and execute testing prior to UAT in the Stage Environment

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice
• Familiarity with Amazon Connect
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Preferred experience in the Energy (Utility) sector
• Knowledge of user story authoring and refinement processes
