Key Responsibilities

Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client business requirements
Document User Stories and manage the Feedback Loop for completed User Stories
Configure Salesforce systems and manage technical teams for development and integrations

Required Qualifications

7+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration
2+ years of platform- or solution-architecture experience in a custom-system development environment
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and advanced configuration
Familiarity with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations
Experience in Agile project methodology
