Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Salesforce innovation by partnering with teams to identify business needs and develop scalable solutions
Design configurations, workflows, and data models to enhance user journeys and operational efficiency
Monitor data, create dashboards, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in Salesforce administration/configuration
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with exposure to Sales or Commercial Operations
Strong project management and analytical skills
Certifications in Salesforce are preferred
