Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions and create system documentation to support business and IT activities
• Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the application development team, performing fit-gap analysis
• Develop and validate user stories and process flows based on business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements using the Gherkin method
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, with experience in a Scrum or SAFe Agile environment
