Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client business requirements
• Create project deliverables including business requirements, solution design, and functional specifications
• Manage technical teams for development and integrations, and lead User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration
• 2+ years of platform- or solution-architecture experience in a custom-system development environment
• 2+ years of marketing cloud experience
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce platforms and advanced configurations
• Experience in Agile project methodology
