Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops with IRS stakeholders to identify automation opportunities using Agentforce
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agent Instructions to align AI behavior with IRS policies
• Define AI testing and governance practices, ensuring compliance and effective operation within federal standards

Required Qualifications

• Active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) or Public Trust clearance
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and Certified Agentforce Specialist Certifications
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in AI-driven solutions
• Practical experience with the Agentforce framework and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Flow and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart
