Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a large healthcare program in the federal space.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions and create complex data models while automating business processes
• Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the application development team, documenting business process analysis
• Perform fit-gap analysis and develop technical documentation to support Salesforce solution design

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience writing user stories
• 3+ years of business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment
• Possess valid Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator
