Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Dynamic and motivated, the remote Salesforce Business Analyst will support users with daily operational tasks, manage enhancement requests, and oversee system configuration and updates while collaborating with business leaders on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting and training
• Manage enhancement requests and oversee system configuration, security, and updates
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify business process improvements and implement Salesforce functionalities

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst or administrator role
• Experience with sandbox development and deployment to production
• Proficiency in end-to-end testing and using Data Loader for Salesforce
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications are an asset
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce components and quote to cash business processes
