Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Salesforce Product Manager, the full-time Salesforce Business Analyst will manage day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancements to the Salesforce environment while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to meet Salesforce-focused needs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Support senior leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and develop scalable Salesforce solutions
• Create and maintain Salesforce documentation, including process flows and user training materials

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Technology Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Loader, Lightning, and automation tools like flow
• Familiarity with Apex classes and their application within Salesforce
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in evaluating and implementing new technology tools to enhance productivity
