Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the strategic direction of Experience Cloud, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will manage product administration, collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering, and lead process improvement initiatives while ensuring data integrity and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Experience Cloud administration, including feature management and product optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for user stories in Jira
• Lead cross-functional teams in optimizing end-to-end business processes and manage user acceptance testing prior to production release

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
• Salesforce Experience Cloud certification is beneficial
• Proficient in data management and data quality best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
